NInferEZ Engine third-party notices =================================== NInferEZ Engine is an unofficial derivative of NInfer and iamwavecut/ninfer-all. The derived engine code is distributed under Apache License 2.0. The complete Apache license, upstream contributor records and the exact source provenance are included with every release. The source tree and Windows binary distribution contain or link the following third-party work: - cpp-httplib — MIT License - ggml quantization code — MIT License - llama-jinja — MIT License; Unicode data terms are included separately - nlohmann/json — MIT License - spdlog and bundled fmt — MIT License - utf8proc — MIT-style license with retained historical notices - XGrammar — Apache License 2.0 with retained NOTICE - DLPack material vendored by XGrammar — Apache License 2.0 - curl/libcurl, FFmpeg and zlib from the Windows dependency build — their license/copyright files are retained by the dependency build and must be included in a public binary after payload audit - NVIDIA CUDA/cuBLAS redistributables — NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit EULA, not Apache-2.0 - Microsoft Visual C++ runtime — permitted x64 Redistributable files are deployed app-local in the Windows package under the Microsoft Software License Terms The `licenses/` directory in a binary package contains the complete texts copied from the exact source/runtime payload. No model weights are included. Model weights and converted artifacts have their own licenses and are not covered by the engine license.
